Description: This session explores pelvic nerve pathology through cases involving the sciatic, pudendal, obturator, and gluteal neurovascular regions. Videos emphasize mapping, exposure, decompression, neurolysis, fluorescence guidance, and recovery of neurologic function.
Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Recognize pelvic nerve anatomy and common sites of entrapment.
- Apply safe exposure and neurolysis techniques around major pelvic nerves.
- Use fluorescence or anatomic mapping to improve lesion identification.
- Relate operative decompression to pain and neurologic recovery.
